I've got an offer with CSC India to work with ebay PayPal at their IDC at Chennai. I'm currently working with MindTree, and am into product development.
I've 3 years of experience and am getting a good package here at MindTree, and I'm getting a 10% hike to join PayPal.
Is it a good move if I switch over to join PayPal..? What are your thoughts?

PayPal is a better choice. However , please find out about the project that you are being hired for. Internal prospects matter once you join in. A lot of brands with greater global visibility hire for generic roles. Apart from this opportunities for growth and onsite experience needs to be weighed.
