Hello,
Very unfair to ask these questions.
Even if you are new to the profession, simply studying the Factories Act all your questions raised here will get answered.
As a new comer to the profession, it is in your interest to exert yourself first and then seek help!
We are all there to help and assist but I will not do your work simply because if I do that, you will remain weak in the profession.
