Dear Sir/mam. I had joined in an mnc for bpo process . But after 12days of training and 1day working on the floor, i couldn't able to continue that process. So i left the next day. Now they are pressurizing me to come and join again in training. They are saying if you want to leave work for next 30days and go. If you leave without reporting they will send a legal notice to home. Please tell me will it be a problem for me if they will really do such thing? I dont want to work there so cant go and join. I have to leave. Please tell about these. I am very new to this IT, Non-IT world.

They cant do anything, in fact they wont. My advise to you please join next job with more determination and be sure that you want to do it. hope you didn’t sign any bond here.

1. What you did was not a correct thing & professional thing to do. You should have informed them before leaving. The company had to spend lots of money to hire and train you with expectation that you will work.
2. Since you have not taken any salary, they cant do anything. They can send a notice to you and you will have to contest that properly. You can not stop them from sending legal notice.
