gr8 ppt. this can be used to motivate people in any company and also help those people who think that they are worthless. afterall everything that happens to us outside, happens inside first.
for me, as a student of HR, an important learning was that if i have to solve anybody's problem in an organization, i have to understand what is the person's attitude towards this problem and then help him/her to solve the problem. that would help me in providing a long term solution as well
