Dear members,
We're in a process of making a complete policy document for our Chartered Accountancy firm. I wish if someone could give an idea on specific laws related to leave policy applicable to CA firm.
Also I somehow got to know that according to some law, an employee cannot work continuously for more than 10 days. In such cases, he/she has to take a compensatory off immediately after 10 days. How much relevant could this be to my firm?

There is no specific law related to CA Firm as such, CA Firms are covered under Shops and Establishment Act of the respective state, please refer the S&E Act of your state. For Leave Policies, there are innumerable policy draft available at this site, kindly refer the same and amend according to your need.
