i completed my BBA this year, i heard about a course called MSc Human Resource Development Psychology from madras university, can someone help me by explaining the scope and career opportunities about this course. i don want to take up MBA and that is the major reason for searching for degrees compatible with BBA. I also would like to pursue M.Phil and PHd as my aim is to take up lectureship as a profession. i kindly request you to pls help me out with this.
