I have just faced my first interview with HCL infosystems limited on 1st march 2014. My interview was average. But there is no reply from the company till now.
Can anyone please tell me how much time the company takes to answer for an interview?

In general, companies do not have a process of replying back to the candidates unless they are selected. However, some multinational companies have a standard system driven practice of sending replies to the interview candidates. I would suggest to drop in a mail to the company HR requesting for a feedback if you have the company HR email id.
