I would like to inform you that Haryana Government, Labour Department has raised their Minimum Rate of Wages by Rs.76.00 with effect from 1st January, 2008 vide Notification No.28214-308 dated 27 May 2008 .The Copy of the Circular enclosed. Please make the changes accordingly.
Since the Minimum Wages has been raised by the Haryana Government you are therefore advised to make Compliance in respect of PF taking into account the Minimum Wages as Basic Pay.

We would like to inform you that Labour Department, Haryana vide their letter No.10664-774 dated 31.03.2009 have intimated the field functionaries that there is an increase of 76 points in Consumer Price Index resulting thereby a increase of Rs.175.56 in the existing minimum rates of wages w.e.f January, 2009.Thus minimum rates of wages in different categories in all the schedule employments in Haryana have become as under:-

Watchman & gatekeepers are also relates to this category but for security guard it is suggested that plz go through the schedule employement under which he is employed.
