I have 5 years HR experience in India now I got shifted to OMAN with my Husband on Family visa,
Recently I joined a security system solutions company in Mawailah (Muscat) as HR EX.
Now the problem is , in my company 2 employees are from India having working visa from another employer , but sitting in our office and working for our company,
So, My boss is asking me to make a mutual understanding agreement for the visa of these 2 candidates from that other X employer.(The agreement between my co. and X co.)
I am going through this situation 1st time and don't know how to make such agreement. I need a help from you all.
If possible Please send me a sample copy of such agreement.

Since your situation is a VERY localized one, suggest send a Private Message to sajid_rasheed.
He is a Senior Member & Moderator based in UAE--he should be able to help you out or at least show the way.
There are quite a few members based in Middle-East--maybe you can send the same PM to all of them.
