Dear Friends, Hi my self Dash , I am heading one Manpower Consulting Firm in Delhi . recently we have got a contract from a MNC at Gurgaon , Haryana and now they want us to apply for Licence . They are in a process to issue us the Form V . After I got the Form V from the principal Employer , where I have to apply for the Licence , is it in Delhi or Haryana , because our PF , ESI , Service Tax No. , everything is from Delhi . Dear Registration under the Contract Labour Reulations & Abolition Act is different than ESI/PF /Service Tax. You have to get yourself registered with the local Labour Office of the Area where the Organisation is situated i.e. if it is in haryana (faridabad), you will have to get yourself registered with Labour Office, Fbd. It is always better to have sub code of the same area from ESI & PF authorities th ak malhotra
