I am working to an company dealing with Car but some days before I have left the job and now I want to with draw my PF but the HR is not helping it so can I release the PF amount by directly applying at PF authority of our area.
Please help me.

Dear Tupai,
In your case, you can directly applying for PF withdraw.. you have to download form 19 and 10 C from EPF website. fill the both form and take signature at the place of employer from Bank manager of your bank. and submit both form with a cancel chquck at PF office..

if organization not paid pf contribution. Before the company had paid all contribution up to five years. Now company is not paying pf contribution. But i resign the from company and i want to withdraw my paid pf.
Can i get my paid pf though company is not paid one year pf contribution.
