Dear Sir/Madam,
I am working in a MNC with multiple inter company in India. Like i am in A company new delhi as a warranty analyst on 5L CTC with 5 yrs in this company total experience is of 10yrs. Same JD post is introduced in B Company in Hyderabad with same experience but Salary 9L CTC and it listed in a JOB Site. Should i discuss for salary review because i am not getting according to JOB market. As my Superior already told me that we will discuss on salary at the time of Appraisal.
Please suggest what to do and how i can discuss for salary review.

Dear Pankaj,
It was told by your manager that salary review can be discussed during appraisal. So it is better for you to discuss the same during appraisal time only.For which you will be receiving a mail from your manager for one to one discussion. Wait till you receive such communication.
