First of all whether the business is a partnership firm then the Partnership agreement, then comes your business whether it is for trading then VAT registration, if into service then Service Tax Registration, Yes Ofcourse current account is necessary for the value received for trading/services rendered, If the premises is on rent then the Rental Agreement. If it is not a factory then Shops & Establishment registration is needed, if it is a factory then Factory Licenses, PAN card is mandatory to file Income Tax returns.
