I had placed a claim to transfer PF amount from old employer to new one within the same UAN. Now claim status shows as "Settled" but the amount did not get credited to new employer's passbook. I checked the passbook of old employer, the PF amount was debited but after a month it was credited back. Now I'm unable to raise a new claim as the website shows that claim already raised. Please assist.
