Urgent Need!!! Salary breakup as below - Total fixed CTC - 1000000

Basic Salary - 350000
HRA - 175000
LTA - 29155
Ad hoc Allowance - 353410
Telephone Reimbursement - 12000
Vehicle Running and Maintenance - 21600

PF Amount - 42000
Gratuity Amount - 16835

What will be my in-hand salary for this breakup?

I received the offer yesterday night and HR wants my decision before the EOD.
So the urgency.

You can contact HR of the company and ask what will be the Monthly Deductions i.e. Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Canteen, Transport facility etc. for an employee. (Not considering Income Tax deduction here)

They must have given your Gross Salary in the Offer letter.
Thus, Monthly Gross - Monthly deductions = Monthly Net in Hand.

For more clarity, ask them for a break that mentions Gross salary, Quarterly/Yearly emoluments so as to know it better.
