This thread applicable only to Tamil Nadu.
October 31 is the last date to renewal our factory License. If you failed to submit application to renewal before above said date 10 % fine for upto 30 November, 20 % fine for upto 31 December, 30 % fine after 31st december.
Checklist to submit application;
Form 2 in triplicate,
Court fee stamp for 2 Rupees,
List of Director,
Original factory license,
DD for the fees,
Rs. 50 for any director changes
Rs. 50 for name changes
