Have a query regarding the appraisal cycle. Lets say Appraisal cycle period is from Apr- March and an employee has joined in August. Though he will be applicable for the Appraisals but what would be the base for his appraisals? His Probation - Confirmation rating or the MBO goals for his 9 months of service?
