I am an ex-banker. Took promotion to officer in 2015.
After the promotion bank continued to pay clerical pay despite repeated requests. In June 2017 the bank was suspended and dismissed in Oct 2018. The criminal filed case for amount xxx misappropriation in Sep 2017. The amount xxx recovered in June 2017 itself from the staff od account.
Case is still running.
Bank put a hold in the savings account in 2020 stating amount xxx is not yet recovered. I informed the bank that amount is recovered and also the statement. But the bank is responding to my letters.
Suggestion how can hold be removed on account.
Suggest how to get difference of pay.
