hello everybody,
iam b.pharma graduate and mba(personnel administration). i have worked in the pfizer pharmaceuticals as trainee public service officer for 8 months. now iam looking for the jobs in hr in pharma industry in mp. but iam not getting the job in hr field iam geeting the opportunity in the sales and marketing field.
please suggest me that whether i work for sales and marketing profile or i will
choose hr profile?

Hi Shilpa,
First choose your job according to your desire, aim, willingness, dream, eligibility etc. You may get lot of jobs in different fields but choosing the right job is most important. Dont confuse yourself. If you are interested in HR, wait for the oppourtunity to come. Sure you will get it.
