Dear Roselin,
Rather than busting the stress, will it not be appropriate to prevent the stress? However, it will require a deep study of the organisation. In contrast, conducting games to bust the stress is a quick fix solution and its impact lasts for a shorter time too.
Thanks,

Stress busters
One of the contributors to stress in workplace is life outside work - by this I mean that situations around personal front are major silent stressors. As HR if you have an empathetic approach to your colleagues, should be able to find out beyond work place stressors too.
Second major contributor is unrealistic workload at workplace. There are two ways to look at this issue and in both teh ways to critically see if the stress is due to person unable to deliver what seem to be a realistic objective or is the role itself is overloaded. Other stressors at work is also due to improper handling of change where in communication is key and lask of that invariably gives rise to stress.
Hope the above helps in someway for you to consider what may suit your organisation.
To try and reduce you can and workout a proposal to present to management with some studies done on current stress levels and how you can help by introducing just few corporate support activities like - having aerobic, zumba, yoga, music, classes; consider having a psychiatrist visiting your workplace as a counselor here he or she can help with management of self - this must be done with utmost discretion so as to not unintentionally upset anyone further than where they currently are; take up CSR programs where in your employees find time to go and help in much need areas and there is a sense of satisfaction which directly reduces the stress.
