Dear All,

We all being a part of this Indian Subcontinent knows how like a deadly cancer rampant corruption and bribery is eating into our society. We all as citizen of India, deserve a better, cleaner and transparent society. This vicious nexus is not only affecting our professional or personal life but is affecting the basic way we approach life.

As you are aware that the RTI Act,2005 is now operative. Please log onto:

www.righttoinformation.org

to fight against bribery and corruption.

I earnest appeal to all members to actively post and circulate information regarding RTI Act and use the same in the Drive against Corruption and Bribery.

We, as HR professionals have an added responsiblity of being the CSR representative of our Organisation holding the moral fabric. We must all join in to make India a cleaner and more transparent country.

Each time, we try to judge Government on Corruption and accountibility, they divert our attention to Communal and Castetist issues by inciting our emotions.

Let us all put our mind together and say, that the main thing our society need is clean, corruption-free and transparency. Let us not get emotionally divided and diverted by Reservations, Agni III launch, Kashmir problem, Godhra Incident, Gujrat Riots, Akshardham Attack, Nuclear Explosion, Babri Masjid issues.

All the above issues are used to divert our attention from the corruption in the society.

Look, everybody is jumping about the success of one of the Ministers and his expolits are being studied by top management institutes in the country, sadly the people of iIndia have forgotten the corruption cases which are still pending against the Minister.

Every Politician and Civil Servant always divert our attention because they know "public Memory is short"

Time has come for us to fight it face on.

Please join in for a better tomorrow and spread the message to everyone you know.

Kind Regards,

SC

Hi Swastik,
I really appreciate your attitude towards the nation.Nowadays just the sacrifice of soldiers is not enough to save the country's pride.Every citizen of india should be a soldier and work for the nation in their own means.
Any one doesn't need to put arms and move into battle field.Work with right attitude and in right path. Its more than enough from our side that we serve for the nation.
What swastik has told is really good.Strive for the nation atleast a minute in a day .
I will surely forward the message posted by Mr.Swastik to my HR Group.

Dear All,
You must all be aware that the Government is trying to curb the power of RTI Act and make it toothless. Hope we all can join a stop any alteration of this Act which is one of our main weapon to fight against bribe and corruption.

Our power to stop an Act from being passed in Parliament can only come from our ability to persuade our legislators to see things the way we do. It may be a good idea to start a movement to do this. Otherwise we can join any other agency, which is starting such a movement and lend our support to it. I am sure we have some really spirited members in our fraternity who will want to do this and who know how to do it. Please let them come forth and let us give our support to them.
It is reasonably obvious that our legislators are making a strong concerted effort to cover their interference in the form of ministerial notings, etc. :D Our own efforts need to be much stronger than theirs to counter this move. Or we have to be content to continue to live with political interference.
