Dear All, This is to inform you that, new Composite claim form (Aadhar based) has been introduced by EPFO. This is single page form that can be used by an employee to the withdrawal of PF final settlement, the Pension amount, and partial withdrawal of the PF amount. No employer authorization required. Only details have to be updated on UAN portal is the requirement for the same.
