Dear Tulaci,
As you said all components will be like reimbursement ( Medical & Telephone bill- when you submit you bills than it will be reimbursed)
and Bonus will be paid once in a year.
It will not consider in take home salary & it will be vary from one month to another.

Most companies in india indulge in such things.They want to reduce employer's contribution towards PF.But is it a big deal having reduced PF amount by 200-300rs..? Is this the sole reason for companies to reduce basic amount?
