Dear All,

I am placing an activity which will help us in the following ways:

1) Retention of New & Old Talent

2) Developing Patience in the employee's

3) Developing Positive attitude in employee's

Please leave your valuable feedback.

I am learning = Road to Success

Employee Satisfaction:-

We all promote giving employee's facilities, growth & monitory benefits everything is good but I strongly beleive giving time to employee's is also very important. Time is the most important aspect, a Human touch to the employee's works out to be the best employee satisfaction at any given day.

I strongly believe in placing motivational & counseling session's during my training's & try to make a connect with New & Existing Talent.

That creates magic which is

TRUST

Because of TRUST a lot of people not only get retained but also work with dedication. Employee's also restrict themselves to be influenced by negative thought 's coming from someone.

Result: Positive like-minded workforce.

I suspect your employees will find such an activity uncomfortable to say the least. I for one would not be the slightest bit interested in participating in such activity, and I don't have any doubt that you will get push-back on it.

Secondly, I fail to see how this game playing will achieve a single one of your objectives.

If you are having problems with your staff, then you first need to identify those problems, then decide how to deal with them. Training is not automatically the answer. Often it is a complete overhaul of the recruitment and selection process to ensure you get the RIGHT people in the first place.

However, to achieve the outcomes you appear to be seeking, then employing a skilled psychological and motivational trainer would be more likely to achieve a better result.
