Either they are not recording n leave card or Attendence sheet or not recorded in both
sugest Hr email formats which can be send to team members in any of the above cases

Recently i hv drafted a mail to all our Team Leaders to check up with their respective team members. Hope this can help u, here is the format
Hi,
It has come to our notice that following agent’s ( mention the names at the end ) / Agents are not signing the Attendance Register regularly.
Therefore, Management has seriously decided that anyone found irregular in maintaining Attendance will bear deduction in his/her Salary.
So kindly disseminate this information to all your team members and ensure its adherence.
