One of my friend is doing PGDHRD from IICT Lucknow (Distance Mode) . The course is recognized by Saptrishi Society, U.P. Govt.
Will the course be recognized by the MNC Employers. Will MNC employer take the course Valid ?

boss, listen either u can distance mode or regular, it will better only if u have exp., if u have good exp. communication skills then there is no harm to do distance mode. all working do that.

I am not associate with this field yet but was considering a course from IICT...surprisingly they have not mentioned anywhere that an IICT student will get a degree/ certificate from which university, neither have they mentioned whether their courses are recognised by AICTE and/or UGC.
