Hi All, one of my friends worked with three different organizations and is currently not employed anywhere. He transferred his PF accumulation from company 1 to company 2. He worked for Company 2 and left service by 20th Jan'21. But employer updated his DOE as 31st Jan'21 and the contribution was also remitted. Thirdly he joined another company by immediate next date and left the job by 30th Jan'21. The third employer didn't remit PF for the service rendered but closed DOE as 30th Jan'21. Now my friend unable to raise withdrawal claim and get his contribution. It is escalated to his last employer many times, but didn't get any response. Please provide your inputs to get the claim.
