I want salary slip format,....but our employee doesnot have PF number ....Our company is not pvt ltd,.....basic salary of worker is not more than 3000/-.......salary is based on his work.....workers net salary goes near about 8500-9000/- depend on his work,.....totally salary is insentive based,,,..can you suggest me what should I do for salary slip of employees ,.....

What is the strength in your organisation. If it is more than 20 then on priority basis you will have go for the PF Registration formalities.
In regard to Salary Slip. If you are having break up of salary then you can issue the Salary Slips.
To generate the Salary Slips I hereby provide the Mail merge method. If you know it just ignore.
If not aware, please save both the attachments on desktop of your PC in one folder (name anything)
Open the Words document. Go to mailing. From Mailing go to MAIL RECEIPIENTS MAP BY USING EXISTING FILE
EXISTING XLS FILE ON YOUR DESKTOP ONLY SALECT THE PATH.I.E. XLS FILE AND SHEET NAME ALSO.
SAVE THE DOC FILE. REOPEN IT. YOU WILL FIND DISPLAY PRESS YES.
AGAIN TO GO MERGE. PRESS THE PREVIEW RESULTS SWITCH YOU WILL FIND DATA VALUE AND ALSO THE DATA FIELD
AFTER PREVIEW RESULTS YOU WILL FIND THE MERGED DATA IN NUMBER JUST CLICK IT YOU WILL ALL FIELDS ARE IN SERIES.
