Dear friends,
This is satheesraja ,i am working as hr executive.ours is a spinning mills we have 6 more spinning mills in around india.But our corporate office in coimbatore.what is the procedure to register the corporate office in shpos act.
What are all the forms to be maintained in shops act?Kindly give the suggestions.can i have a Tamilnadu shops and establishment act in detail manner.

We are from manufacturing sector. We too need to register under shop and establishment act. We dont know the procedure for that. Can any 1 help me out for this.

For registration of firm under shops and establishment ACT 1988 < You need to have the pariculars as mentioned Below
1) Type of the Office
2) No Of Emps
3) Salaries
4)Registration under govt rules as per thee polosies based on state govt
5)The Type of Business
6) Location Address proof
7) PANCARD oF the Firm
You need to visit the labour officer under whose circle you office comes under, he will check out the details and provides you the form at free of cost and it may be charged around 5 k.
