Hii Everyone, Myself Nilesh Working as Software Tester in I.t Company .I had working in this company from past 1.5 years but last 6 month we are facing strong salary Delay Problem its almost 3 month delay .
My owns is below 10,000 monthly and by this problem i can't able to Do anything, with such penny salary coming and then again wait for 3 months delayed ,so i request you all to please give me some suggestion to how an i email to upper authorities of the company for the salary not coming on time.

First, find a better job.
Move based on your 1.5 years of Experiance
The company is i]obviously under financial difficulties and the longer you stay the more you lose.
That said, find where the labour commissioners office is and go and meet the concerned officer and report the matter. Putting a formal complaint is likely to get you fired anyway

As per your remarks, it can be observed that the company you are working is a start up. Its best to come out of the company now or else waiting for more 3 months and get a job. Don't resign as of now search something then put down your papers.
