I am regular teacher in Private School related a big single group ( group of 130 school) from last 12 years. I want to deduct my PF in school and i talked to Principal/school management but School management not ready to deduct my PF. I want to know that can school management denied my PF eligibility, while in school PF deducted for max. teachers, all office staff and all group D. Only few are remain (16 out of 118). Pls help me in this situation.

It is difficult to believe that EPFO has overlooked such a blatant non-compliance of the EPF Act 1952. The PF Inspectors have powers to investigate the matter and ensure compliance from day 1 of employment, in addition to imposing interest and penalty, even prosecution is possible. To draw the attention of PF authorities, RTI can be used seeking information on the inspection done by PF inspector
