I am working in Structural consultants ( preparing Construction plans) ( Blueprint). we are 13 employees in company. I am only 1 HR in that and others are civil engineers.I am fresher. Which Hr designation suits me. I am working on payroll, recruitment, database management etc.

As you are fresher you can consider for HR Executive as your designation
