I would like to know if the organization decides for paycut for its employee and if he is in search of another job for a similar or higher pay in that case how to inform the former employer and what documents or certificate should the employee ask his present employer so that he is able to present to the new employer and avoid unnecessary attention?

Dear Ramnath,
In such a case, you can cite paycut reasons to your next employer and negotiate on your last salary before paycut. It is better to keep things transparent than inviting any issues in the future.
