Hello Friends, I want to write a generic email to our employee who are traveling by office cab to client site abot; board on time and not let the cab wait for long to pick up in group travel, to follow dress code, to avoid taking alcohol while traveling etc. Please help

The generic part, would detail the SOPs - in the present instance details about travelling - but a line or two in the beginning and towards the end, must sound personal. It helps build relationships.
