I don\'t want to work with my current manager.sHe has mentally harassed me due to which i can\'t concentrate on my work.Her routine is find fault in my work continuously , document it through mail then use some quality people to let me down with my work , demotivate me etc.
Now i am with a company for 8 month , 4 month left to complete bond.Her harassment going up.What should i do?.Shall i go to HR and talk about this or they will threat me with the legal bond or they will help me in changing process?
Or what if i abscond.I wont mind letter shit etc.

Bad bosses are not new species ..you will find them in all organisations....and it is very difficult to avoid them..unless you start your own business...Running from situation is not right solution and complaining to HR and others will might not solve your issue, same time might make issue bigger...
You have to deal with it professionally..have a continuous discussion with Manager..ask for feedback and concentrate in your work....and show result....
If nothing work and then look for new job and resign..insure that your exit is smooth and clean

You could have given little more information like what type of your industry is, what is your designation, what is general job responsibility etc.
Your boss finds fault because fault is there. It is good luck that you got this kind of boss!
Imagine a situation wherein your boss was inefficient. Then possibly he would have found out fewer faults in your work. But then whose loss would it have been? Yours or the boss's?
I recommend you putting up in the same job tenaciously. This way you learn to put up with adversity. Leadership demands facing adversities. Take it in positive spirit. One day your boss will mellow down.
You need to do some introspection as well. Is your boss giving you dressing down because you commit same mistakes again and again? Every job requires some basic common sense. Has your boss ticked you off because you failed to show the common sense?
What you need to do is start writing down a diary and note down instances of your boss chiding you. Then classify the mistakes. Try to find out whether any specific pattern emerges.
If you handle the situation patiently, you will get rewards of this patience. If you run away from the situation, you will get rewards, but these could be negative. Choice is yours!

If you run away, you will not get experience certificate. If you don't get experience certificate then it will be taken as void in your career. How will you justify this gap? This is true, as I being in HR, I too come across employees who constantly nag about their boss's behaviour ( may be because of some obvious reasons...I do not deny) and even company.
I suggest them the same, as much as possible try to learn their boss's behavioural pattern as well as improve on thier complaints, for organisation ; I suggest them to improve themselves and automatically the organisation will develop...it is the people who make the organisation best place to work.

Well, I for one have been at the receiving end of this from an assistant whom I had trained from being a useless accounting clerk with no knowledge of basic computer software, to being an efficient Marketing Assistant. She learned all the things in marketing based on my finding faults and making her do the things till she was perfect. But alas, that was never acknowledged, but what was acknowledged was my finding faults and not mincing words to speak the truth. It cost me my job! I am sure if you look at yourself you will have acquired some good inputs and transformed to a better equipped/trained person who can now deliver on the job!

i totally agree with Dinesh.. Even if you leave your current job is it guranteed that you will not face similiar issues in future jobs. Maybe you will have to work with people who give you tougher time then your current boss. Learn to be patient and i know it will only come with time and maturity. you will have to tackle situation tactfully and wisely. Try to self evaluate, no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement. if you will leave the company you would never learn to tackle these difficult situations.
