Are you expecting them to just drop everything and deal with your file immediately? Sadly, things don't work like that in business. The HR team probably have a lot of work going on, specially in a big company like Infosys.
It's only been 11 days. They need time to deal with the information you have sent to them. Maybe it needs to be checked, verified, whatever. It will be done when it is done, and not before.
Recruitment is a often a long process, and candidates have to learn to be patient. You are not the first to complain about this matter, other CiteHR members have vented their frustration many times in the past. It achieves nothing.
Find a quiet isolated area somewhere and go and spend a few minutes screaming to the universe in private. That will get all the pent-up frustration out, and you can get on with your life. What is your Plan B if something goes wrong at Infosys? You need to think about that and worry less about the pen-pushers at Infosys.
