or else
Please follow the register you have to mentained in your office
1 Attendance Registered is called- Muster Roll
2 Wages register it will cover for -ESI & PF As well as Labour Department
3 Advance & Loan Register
4 Deduction and Damage Register
5 Inspection Book- ESI -this is Enough for now a days
6 inspection Book- PF
7 Inspection Book- Labour Department
8 PF Eligibility Register like Form 2, Form 3A and 6A
9 Accident Register for - ESI
10 Bonus Register
11 Overtime Register

There isno specific format its just an 100 pages register book where the labour inpector write down the remark of his visit as we have provide all the related documents whatever he asked for it.

what Mala says is corect. There is no printed register available for ESI and PF Inspection. You have to keep a register and to be submitted to the inspectors to write the remarks if any.Thats all.
