How to Respond Employee Background verification emails suppose if I found wrong details in attached documents especially in payslip,our ex-employee modified his salary slip, so how to reply those emails his experience and other details are genuine. please help me.

Write out the truth in polite language.
NO need to help people who modify their documents.
Did ex employee consult you while modifying payslip??
Then why get involved in supporting fake/modified documents.
Ex-employee knows about BGV and is taking things for granted.
Be careful while replying.
