We have Incentive Structure, in which the Project Heads are paid 1.5% on the Incentives earned by their team.
For eg:- In a team there are 5 members then the total amount earned is divided by 5 and multiplied by 1.5%.
My query is should we include probation members also in the calculation of Project Head Incentive?
