Dear Praveen,
whenever you have to match the column records of two sheets, Vlookup can be useful for the same. And it can be use as follow:
Sheet 1: Column A
Clmn.A: Name Clmn B:Age
A =VLOOKUP(A1:C:3,sheet2!A1:C3,3,0)
B
C
Sheet 2
Clmn.A: Name Clmn B:BOD ClmnC:Age
C
B

Explanation=VLOOKUP(A1:C:3,sheet2!A1:C3,3,0)
A1:C3=Existing Sheet range, based on which detail, require data should get
Sheet2: select the sheet from where you need to fetch the data
A1:C3: Entire Range from where data should fetch=A=Name,B-DOB,C-Age)
3: Number of column where the data mention (i.e Age)
0: Default
It's confusing but you may try.

Why dont you go to MS EXCEL HELP first as there is every thing available from where you can start learning and using.. Later you can seek help on this from others
