Dear Seniors',
I am Prashant Thakur,Working as HR Executive in a production unit. My company did not hav any Hr dpt. earlier but now they want to start. And they have appoint me for that(Have less experieance). Now i want to know
1. From where i should start?
2. In my company permanent,contract and without contract employees are working.What will be the Leave Policy for them???
Plz Guide me.....

Ya u have to make policy first like leave policy, maintaing all legal complainces like PF, ESIC, all form regarding contract labour, factory licence etc

Thank u all my seniors, i am very happy to get valuable knowledge, it willl surely helps me a lote...............
My compant manufacture automotive component such as hose and having 70 staff and 150 + employee..
After a discussion we have decided to start with Training and development ,and i have to identifiy need, people as well as trainer ie i have to fully coordinate training.
plz Guide me, i want to do the best of my effort.
