Dear Seniors, Presently we are deducting EPF for all employees up to Rs.15000 Basic & DA, But from 1st April 2022 onwards we planned to deduct EPF up to 15k salary (other than HRA) and Those who have a salary more than 15k (Other than HRA ) they will not eligible. This is an effect from 01.04.2022 and Existing employees contribution will continue the same.
It is legally ok or what? please suggest.
