Good morning . I want to confirm pension calcultion from I am sanjay patki i am working in mnc co & retired on31 July 2014
On that basis preselyi am getting pention Rs 2266 /Per month . celing was 6500 base taken . But new sealing rs 15000 was
applicable from 01.09.2014 so is not applicabe for me. only 2 months gap is there . Is there any last retirement date mention for this celeing pl confirm
My pensinable salary is 19 years
Past service before 16.11.95 was 17 Years
my salary was 5000/- At the time of 16.11.1995
What was my salary will consider at the time of sapration (31.07.2014) either 6500 / 15000 or my basisc salary in 10550/or my gross salary 28800/- month Need your suport that what will be the my pension at present

Dear Sanjay Patki,
If you have contributed on a salary of more than Rs. 6500 up to 15000/- then only it will be taken for average salary to calculate beyond 6500. In other words there should be a minimum period of one month from 01.09.2014 before exit from EPS to get the enhancement.

I have contributed on 10550/Month Basic salary till my final day at my co. so only my pensionable salary calculated 6500/rs at the time of my pansion calculation.what is pension

Dear Sanjay Patki,
Statutory contribution to EPS is on ceiling salary. Accordingly even though you contributed on Rs. 10550, EPS contribution might have on Rs. 6500 and balance credited with PF. Check with your HR or concerned RPFO.

Dear Abbas I am not satisfied with your answer I don't know that how my pension calculated on the basis 6500/- i am retired on 31 st july 2014 & new ceiling is applicable from 01 sept 2014 . I want to know what was last dad line considered How many people will be benefit by this increasing in
ceiling Sir i request you to calculate my pension & send me I need your help in this matter sorry to trouble you You well knoew that govt people will not help in this matter

Dear Sanjay Patki,
To get benefit of Rs. 15000 (actually it is not a benefit, but loss), the members have to contribute at least one month on 15000 w.e.f 01.09.2014. Accordingly you are not eligible to get this on two reasons. 1)Your Date of birth is before 1st Oct 4. 2) You didn't contribute to EPS till 30.9.2014.
