Good Morning All greetings i have confusion i have to show salary breakup with appointment letter but, can i show income tax deduction in this breakup??? pls give me suitable format

Along with the appointment letter you have to share the salary breakup. You can make it as part of the appointment letter or you can add as Annexure and issue along with the appointment letter.
As part of the breakups if you are showing as CTC the following components shall be mentioned
1) Fixed Allowances (Fixed wages such as Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Medical allowance etc)
2) Variable Allowances (Incentive, Bonus etc...)
3) Benefits (ER contribution to EPF, ESI, and insurance, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, etc...)
No need to show the TDS. It is not possible to show the TDS along with the appointment letter.
