Recently my father undergone a treatment called psoriasis and it costed around 25000, I have a bill which was taken from the clinic, is that enuf ?

please provide information on the point.
there is no clerical staff in our office to carry out the works of hindi correspondence. i am receiving rs. 300/- every month for carrying out works in hindi correspondence. is this amount taxable? if no, please quote some govt. order to download and to claim rebate on tax.
