Hello Everyone,

I need to draft a letter to one of our employee about his exhausted CL & EL leaves till July. His mother was suffering from cancer and was hospitalized.
please help or guide me on this.

Dear Oslpooja,

The letter that you have asked for is a routine one. I recommend you draft on your own and upload it on this forum. Some senior like me will correct it.

By the way, in many companies, the details of the leave balance, leave availed of and leave credited in the last month are mentioned in the monthly payslip. Do you not have this provision? If not, then request your HRIS service provider to institute the same. This is the best means of communication to the employees. It avoids unwanted queries by the employees and also
