Hello, I'm looking for information on the Dearness allowance calculation method for the General engineering and Fabrication industry. As per new norms, DA is mentioned as Rs. 5717/pm in Tamilnadu. In that case what would be the total wages payable to a worker on monthly basis and how it is calculated?
