Dear Member,

The Take Home salary is calculated after subtracting the deductions from monthly Payable Wages.

It would better if you share any offer letter or actual excel sheet. However, on basis of the above it should be:-

Heads = Monthly
Basic = 10,000
HRA = 5,000
Benefit Plans = 5,719 (assuming Rs. 68628 is pay alongwith monthly salary)
Gross = 20,719

(-)PF Ded. = 1,800

Net Wages = 18,919.

If there are other deductions (PT, LWF etc.) applicable, the Net Wages will be changed accordingly

The gratuity is a notional figure (considered @ 4.81% to calculate the CTC).
Same is paid on basis of last basic at the time of retirement-resignation.

Bonus I assumed to be paid once in a year, hence not considered in the monthly calculations.

If you want to make comparison with your earlier company pls share detailed information, than only senior can give the inputs.
