Sir, Please can anyone clear my doubt about the bonus I relived from my company last month but they have not mentioned in the full and final settlement but in my CTC already mentioned 7000 yearly so can I ask HR can have asked rights?

Bonus is applicable for employees who draw wages upto 21,000/- and bonus is calculated restricting wages to 7000/- per month or as per Minimum Wages of that particular scheduled employment. The % of Bonus may be minimum 8.33% and max 20%. The bonus is payable within 8 months of closing the accounting year.
Hence you may remind your HR that your bonus due is payable. However the organization has every right that they can settle bonus due after 8 months from close of account year of current financial year. As it is part and mentioned in your CTC you may very well inform your HR so that you will get the correct reply.
