It will be required to make market survey either by the organization or by the experts available in the market. It is also required to know from the client about the type of organizations ( size, nature of business etc.) they are looking for.
This type of survey consists of cash component comparison, Retire benefits, Perks, Leave rule, Incentive if any, Bonus, variable pay if any etc. etc.
Comparison at CTC level considering similar items are also useful.
